Did You Know?

Digital Stamp images
The images used in the Copic classes are digital stamps and they can be purchased in our store. They can be printed off on your home printer and colored with whatever medium you wish. They can also be printed on patterned paper and cut out with scissors. The students who take the Copic classes now receive these images as part of their class fee. If anyone else likes one of the designs, you have the option of purchasing for $3 per design.

We have had some customer concern over the usage and sale of these digital images. Here is her question and our response.

You do realize it is illegal to sell prints of digi stamps?

Yes, we do realize that. However, Angie, who is the instructor for the class, drew the images and designed them herself. The reason she uses her own designs is to not have to worry about copyright infringement on any other artist's creations. We have her permission to sell the digital designs and she prints her own designs for her Copic classes.

We do thank her for her concern and for bringing this question up. It is a legitimate concern in the age of technology in which we live. We don't want our customers thinking that we are stealing or profiting illegally from the sale of an artist's creation. Thanks for your concern!

Cutting Fabric with your die cutting systems
We have had many questions about whether a Quickutz, Lifestyle Crafts or Spellbinders die will cut fabric. It will cut up to three layers of fabric.

FYI on Classes for "A Scrapper's & Stamper's Delight"
Did you know that the class fee  for our classes is set by the instructor? The class supplies are also paid for by the instructor. That is the reason that when you attend a class at SS Delight, you are typically asked to bring along a basic tool kit that often includes a paper trimmer, adhesive and various other tools.
