Class Sign-Up Policy
We want you to attend our classes, learn new techniques, get great customer service and have a great time!However, as a courtesy to our staff and the class teachers, please call at least 24 hours in advance to reserve your spot.
Calling ahead to reserve your spot in one of our classes enables us to offer you better customer service. Teachers do have class preparations, even for a free class. For most of our paid classes, teacher pay for their own class supplies so they don’t make extra kits for walk-in students. We do have teachers who live outside the Treasure Valley and they call in advance of the class to find out how many are attending and cancel the class if attendance is below their class minimum.
If you can’t call 24 hours in advance, please call ahead to confirm that the class hasn’t been canceled and that the teacher does have enough supplies ready for walk-in students. Please don’t assume that just because a class has been scheduled that it hasn’t been canceled or that a teacher is prepared for walk-in students.
